This is the second car I have purchased from Sapphire car sales and I couldn't be happier. I needed a bigger car due to having another child and they gave me very good information about a Volkswagen Tiguan they had which i fell in love with. They also took my Fiesta in part exchange and gave me a great price 👍 The customer service is second to none. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Highly recommended!!

sapphire cars . from start to finish of purchasing the car . It was one best experience I've had in buying a used vehicle. Donna her husband and son were very professional and gave me all the info i needed regarding the car . Can't fault sapphire cars atall . Five stars all the way if I could I give ten I would . I had a really good experience buying my second hand Honda Jazz from Sapphire Car Sales. Donna and Rob were very professional and helpful. I was a lady buying a car on my own and i didn't feel under any pressure from a hard sale at all. On my initial inspection i pointed out a little rust on the inside of the door seal, by the time i collected it the following week they had repaired the door seal and applied touch up rust paint to the inside, this was something i had't asked them to do, they kindly did that before i took it home. The car came with a 1 month warranty, of which i've now had the car for 2 weeks and its driving great. When i collected the car i did have to have the handbrake adjusted which they did without question or any awkwardness. It's fair to say it was a positive experience and i would buy from them again! We cannot give enough praise to Sapphire Car Sales. A really friendly business. We purchased a Nissan Juke from them, the car is like new. The MOT recommendations we addressed at no extra cost.
