Bought my daughter a Peugeot 107 for her first car from Sapphire Car sales. Donna was a pleasure to deal with. Not pushy at all. There was a recall on the car that Donna had already got booked in to be sorted before we had even looked at the car. The car had a fresh service and MOT, and was valeted to high standard. After we had collected the car and got home, Donna messaged me to make sure we'd had a good drive home. She wished my daughter well with her driving lessons, and thanked us for buying a car from her. Buying a secondhand car fills most with fears you don't get when buying new. I was no different and anxious as my son was buying his first car with his personal savings. We found a car that interested us at Sapphire Car Sales via an online advert. The company reviews were really good. We visited to test-drive the car and the owners were really helpful and trust you don't need the hard sell - this is so refreshing. Purchasing was easy and well organised. We encountered an issue with the clutch and the team at Sapphire were brilliant at arranging the maintenance work to be completed in a timely manner during the 3 month warranty period. Purchased a vehicle back in October. Liked how easy to talk to the staff are, no hard sell, lots of knowledge of the vehicles they are selling.Had an issue with the vehicle after a month, Donna arranged to collect the car from me and investigate the issue, they then collected it again once they had the required parts.Very happy with the vehicle and the aftersales service received.
