First time buying a car from Sapphire and we are very happy with the Fiesta we got. As people have stated Donna has a great no pressure style of service and was very helpful in sorting out a few tiny issues after sale. Highly recommend and would buy from Sapphire again.

Bought my daughter a Peugeot 107 for her first car from Sapphire Car sales. Donna was a pleasure to deal with. Not pushy at all. There was a recall on the car that Donna had already got booked in to be sorted before we had even looked at the car. The car had a fresh service and MOT, and was valeted to high standard. After we had collected the car and got home, Donna messaged me to make sure we'd had a good drive home. She wished my daughter well with her driving lessons, and thanked us for buying a car from her. Buying a secondhand car fills most with fears you don't get when buying new. I was no different and anxious as my son was buying his first car with his personal savings.
